This is a nice one shot. I usually avoid them. It is disappointing when you find a really good one (like this) because there is no continuation of the story. Hopefully you will consider writing a sequel.

This was a really great story! You really kept the characters canon and I loved it. It felt like I was there in the scene. And I don't know why, but I just liked the idea of Snape walking Harry home. And you still managed to do all that and keep everything in character, something most Snape and Harry stories don't do at all. Great job!

I realise that it is probably much too late to tell you that you should really expand this. But, oh my dear, how delightful. Well characterised, well written, and totally in character for both of them. Enjoyed it immensely.

This broughtup a point I've never seen before. Severus and Harry being distantly related. I like the end when Severus jumps to Harry's protection and shows Vernon an image he never wanted to see in his mind. This shows that Severus actually cares about Harry's well being.

The only error I saw was "Number Four." Since it's an address the first letter of each word should be capitolized.
