Wow, I wasn't expecting that! I admired how you never came out and said the OC thought Naruto was a kitsune, he simpley spoke as if it was the truth and the reader was left to figure it out. Very nice. :D Naruto's reaction at the end was quite touching!

I really wish that someone would make a fanfic centered on a friendship between Naruto and your kitsune. It just seemed to connect. You made your character actually seem real with emotions and feelings as real as a real person. Like Naruto, it just makes me want to know more... then again, what's in a name? I think it was perfect that you never used the name of the kitsune. It even more emphasizes the 'friendship in a moment of time' element. If you ever decided to write a fanfic about this or even a small continuation of this, I would definitely read it. I got connected with this so much. Please do something more with it...

Wow, I didn't really catch on until about halfway through the fic. This is a really good idea, I never thought of the Kyuubi having a family. It's really adorable! Great job (and great description of Naruto by the way!)

This was very interesting. It's an avenue not many explore, and you did well with it. I think people tend to forget that there's always someone left behind, someone who loved them. It's kind of sad. Good work.

I'm annoyed with myself that I hadn't already reviewed this story. It's excellent. Unfortunately I can't be very helpful with a review, not having anything negative to say. Howerver, I can say that Naruto's grief feels very real.

I feel like this is one of the greatest naruto stories I have ever read. The summery gave me an idea of everything,but your writing took what was going to be a familiar concept and made the feelings of Naruto, of ever missing someone, of trying to step into another's shoes hit at home with something inside of me. Even as I say it's a familiar concept, I don't think I have read a story with Kyuubi's loved ones mourning him before now.

Oh, thank you. I've always wanted to read a story like this, about the kyuubi's kin, ever since I read a summary that I thought was going that direction and instead had a random long-lost human relative of Naruto show up. So thank you very much for writing this, and sharing it. you've made my day.
