I like the end. It's not overally romantic, but it's sweet and more friendship-ish/trust-ish than anything.

i had never read anything about Toad, this is a first, i was just buzzing around and i found this. i must say, it's very different to anything i had ever read. i love the dream theme on it, and i really laughed with many of the toad lines.
i must say i never imagined about toad, but, alas, this was great!

You've got a good knack for the inner thinkings of the mind (One of my favorites to write too.), and better yet you have the one in a million gift of actually FINISHING *glares at Nyltiak* your stories. That's awesome. And Wolvie approves! This was way cute, and I wouldn't object to a sequel, haha. But it's a good ending, anyway! :) They are kind of a cute pairing, really! She could see beyond his exterior, and he could understand her emotional scars... cool!
