I probably just spent the last two hours reading this, and I don't regret it. All of this was brilliantly and humorously written. My favorite chapters (I sadly kept track of this) were 19, 33, 41, 49, 53, 55, 62, 66, 68, 75, 78, 79, 80, 84, 85, 87, 91, 92. And that's narrowing it down.
