Cool idea on 'the other side' of this episode. I liked the way you wrote the characters, they sounded right. I enjoyed Richie's thoughts and loved when he vented to Batman! Richie needed to do that I think, and Batman's cool reaction was so... perfect. Great humor too; I can so see that hammer bit... Lol!

Anyways; I'm adding this to my favs :) Nice ending BTW; with Richie’s future job idea and being trusted to fly the plane. He definitely seems pleased :)

I know it's been, like, five years since you posted this, but I thought I'd tell you that I really enjoyed it.

That fits in perfectly with the show. I could actually see this whole story happening. Nice insight into Richie's mind.

That was great! I loved the entire story in general, and the humor and Richie-personality-delving in particular. Nice job!

Brillaintly done! I'm glad Richie got a chance to prove himself to Batman (though honestly... like he would ever betray Static)

Brilliant. This was a fantastic friendship fic and there wasn't even all that much of Virgil in it. I did, however, enjoy the chance to see more of Richie and get into his head a bit. Oh, and here's a compliment I don't usually give: I love the length of your fic. Not too short, not too long and not too rushed or wordy. There were many little scenes that just made me smile, like the handshaking, and that brought me a great deal of satisfaction because while 'the whole' or 'bigger picture' of a plot is important, sometimes it's the little things that really bring it all together. You did this nicely.

Wow, this was an interesting and intruiguing story. I liked how Richie interacted with Robin, Alfred, and Batman. Virgil teasing the sleeping Richie was cute, and the comic books part made me laugh.

*Claps* My Goddess that was wonderful! I absolutely loved it, and it was so well-written and in-character too. I think I have just fallen in love with your story.

"I think I just reinvented physics, but it should be working."

I'm not stalking you! But you write such a fantastic Richie, such a fantastic Richie-Virgil friendship - holy moly, you're writing *smarm*, well-written in-character out-and-out smarm (if you don't know smarm/don't approve of smarm, I assure you I mean it only in the most complimentary way) You make me hurt for Richie while not having him drown too far in angst, still retaining that good humor at his core, and giving him some happy ending options in spite of himself. Loved the Bat's test, it is very him. And working for WayneTech, perfect! Batman would want to put Richie to use, and keep an eye on - and to help him out, take care of him, because we know what a weakness he has for kids, even if he doesn't show it. Aww.

I am hoping that in your latest story, Virgil has a chance to prove that he cares as much as Richie - only fair to both of them, after all! But whatever, will be looking forward to it most eagerly!

--okay. maybe a little stalking.
