This sounds like a really great story. I love the idea of the "coming-of-age" ball. It seems to be a very interesting take on how the Sailor Scout's children become Sailor Scounts themselves. One thing i wasn't sure of. Do all of the children not know that their parents are the Sailor Scouts?
Either way, great story, keep it up. Please review my story if you get a chance. :)
