Provocative, luv. I hadn't truly contemplated the aftermath of Sparrow's death-by-Norrington - because, well... I'd never imagined Norrington killing Sparrow! Your story very visual, conjuring up solid mental images. Smoothly flowing and EXTRAordinarely depressing...

'But he knew it wasn’t honor that kept him awake at night.'

A poignant line. This is the one that really broke my heart:

'It was painful, realizing how long he had been alone, despite the number of people that were around him. And that none of them really knew him.'

Just brilliant. That caught me unawares and left its mark.

I read of a lot I had never even imagined - and yet I am not discomforted; I am intrigued. Thank you for poking that dormant area of my brain... rather a large... territory to be traversed...

O MORE, I like Norrington fics just cause I don't feel there are enough people out there who empatize (I know it's spelled wrong) with him. He is a very good person and there are not enough fics out there about him. Very good work ^_^.
