This was a fun read. I'm going to be honest, there were a couple of things I could have done without (the whole "I have a son" thing) but overall I really enjoyed the story. Good job!

Yay! This was actually the story that introduced me to fanfiction. I typed in 'Sirius Black' on the internet, and found this. At the time I had no idea abvout this website, or how to do anything on it, so I just read the story. Now (when I actually know how to review, :D), I thought it was only right to come back and say that I love the sory, and thank you for getting me involved in fanfiction... :D

Love this fic! The title reminds me of the Buffy musical, where the lyrics for 'Walk Through The Fire' contains 'I want the fire back'. Thanks for indulging my sirius/herms obsession!
