This is beautiful. I look forward to reading another chapter, but it's fine as it is - the ending isn't really an ending, but that's alright, because you've managed to get them in character SO WELL and...muh. I love it.

i love your end of the chapter authors notes, not to say that i didn't like the chapter/story itself (it was wonderful, as always) but somehow reading the notes makes me break out into a half-snicker-half-outright-laughter mode... sorry, i realize that you are truly annoyed by the "why haven't you updated" questions but *shrugs* the way you word it is so cool (funny while still getting the point accross) ^_^;

You should channel some Yuki and not give a damn about reviews and reviewers who are annoying and disrespectful. ;-) Seriously, really like the fic. One seldom sees good Gravitation stuff lying around; most people tend to turn Shuichi into a complete idiot with no redeeming qualities whatsoever, and Yuki into . . . well, something that isn't Yuki. Both of which you've avoided, huzzah! I very much like Yuki's cynical writer's voice, too.

OMG! Your writing is better than the published Gravitation novel...way better! I laughed so hard at the library and pizza scenes. Thank you for taking the time to entertain other fans! It means a ton...

wow, this has been such a wonderful story! i really like how you captured shuichi's quirky personality, along with yuki's bastard-but-occassionally-a-softie side, in a very funny story that is not overly done. there are so many stories out there that are just random, but this one has a plot! and such a cute one! at least i think so. i really would love it if you continue this story, but if not, it's cool. don't send yuki to bite my head off, please. ;D anyways, this is a very amusing and well-written story (but if your normal job pays you to write, i suppose that would be expected, ne?), so this is definately going on my favorite list, finished or no. again, great job, especially with the characters!

I almost felt shy about reviewing this since I regard it so highly.
Your sense of dialogue and pacing really makes for a well-rounded, enjoyable storyline. The conversation is light but has a huge impact, and is mingled perfectly with descriptions and thoughts (and a fair bit of philosophy that belongs in publication). I can safely say that reading this actually made my day better.
As far as I can see, you haven't made an overlying plot visible, but since I derived so much enjoyment from it, I can't really say I mind.

Hm... I'm not gonna ask for updates (even though I really wish I had the right to ^^'); I just wanted to let you know how well written this story is... and the charachters fit perfectly in their personalities, and I had so much fun reading it! You can make the story go from (mild, enjoyable) angst to (a very particular sort of) sweet romance... I just lvoed it, and I think you're really talented ;Dd So... love fades out I guess, that might be the reason you don't feel like continuing it... But beyond the frustration of reading and falling in love with a story that will never move forward, I felt like giving you what you deserve for making me fall in love in the first place--some nice gushy compliments ;) Hope it didn't sound stupid or uncomprehensible tho XD I'm sleepy~

Hey, I just wanted to say I really liked this story. I liked the way you wrote Yuki and Shuuichi. It'd be great if you continued, but from reading your author notes, I don't think it's going to happen.

So I'd just like to say I like it a lot. And maybe some day you will be able ( or willing) to update it.

You know, I started reading this because I enjoyed your Side-Effect series and I think that I like this one more than those. This story has such a "finished" feel to each chapter, like the better professional novels. I don't have to suspend disbelief about character interactions the way that I have to with Side-Effects. I really, really enjoyed this story and look forward to when you have time and energy to work on it.

this story is great! poor shuichi and his fixation in baking yuki a cake.lol. you know, i had carrot cake today...and ...OMG! i baked a cake today.lol. it's funny how these things parallel.huh? great chapter!

oh my god. the scene where shuichi thought the library computer could actually ~answer~ his questions...too funny. and the beer-cake? how do you come up with these things? i don't understand how people can write such funny stories, being such a boring person myself. anywho, keep up the good work!
