i totally agree that the punishment for rape should be just that, torture for life. poor shikamaru and ino! i am also sick of the FF that have the girls forgiving their rapists, that just doesn't happen! what does mendokusai mean?

this story is...interesting..? yeah, i guess thats the word for it. cause its not bad...but its no the best story ive ever read, more fo rplot than actual writing. the story itself is really good, though shikamaru is a bit ooc.

OMG! This is dark but the fact is, it is still good writing! This chapter let you see both sides now and exactly how the victim would feel; in her reasoning of why she starts blaming herself, the cleaning ritual and the denial. Not only your insight but your ability to show this to the reader is completely achieved! One word - AMAZING.

Oh man – your writing is like good wine that drips over your tongue and swirls in front of you. You’re not just throwing in a story for us to fallow along. You’re creating information that makes you think (aka when you discuss the reason for the many wars and disgusting dominations within your first few paragraphs alone!) And then into your story – of course the details paint the picture and then the psychological side of your story. I don’t like rape either in the sense of the brutality of the act; however, being that there are a lot of rape fics out there that describe the anguish of the one being raped, this first chapter really lets a person think about the damage done to the attacker too! How many young men have gotten themselves in a similar situation not realizing until it’s too late what they were doing (drinking, etc) and how it will effect their psyche and future! Your story is excellent and gets a reader to think!

Very angsty- I must admit I am very impressed by your portrayal of their relationship (even though I am a true-blue ShikaTem fan and believe they will grow up to have beautiful babies D) It's a bit horrifying, so I can see why you were embarassed and what have you, but it's intriguing to see the Kyuubi element, espeically being used in connection wiht ShikaIno. A very original plot point. You can really feel the pain on either side, and I agree that the "rape genre" is completely less than realistic. But... Lemme get this straight. You have this on here, but you TOOK OFF YOUR KIBAHINA FIC! –groans– (Yes, I am obsessed with that couple, and they shall have beautiful children and happy lives and live together forever and ever and ever...) Btw, you know you could just post "Id" at right? At any rate, astounding job.

Yea...I love this story. Just my type! The angst is there, yea..a little romance...it's just sweet how Shikamaru really love her and I really sorry when that horrible thing happened! I mean, OMG? I go gaga all the time. Yep. All the time!

you haven't updated this in a while and I just wanted to say that yes, it is disturbing, but i'd still like to see how everything pans out. Leaving it like this is even more painful and I really do love Shika!

OK this is not a flame, more like the ashes or smoldering intent i have to fics like this. Great that you are actually smart and think that rape and other such tragedies are not ganna end with perfection. I really like the careless (good careless) and almost innocent way you protrayed Inu. it was a good contrast with the fact Kyuubi hated humans for what he saw. I thought you could have added some more stuff about 'Ruto, like some of his "inferior" human antics, or perhaps Kyuubi was discusted because she wasn't hating humans as much as he thought he would. I thought you portrayed kyuubi as more a feminine character. I think she would be better as a female, since she hated man, which may be a feminist view. But anyways, I had a problem with the fact she was too pretty. Shikamaru seems more like the kind who would like her for her flaws. Remember, a woman who is neither beautiful or plain. I think it might be better to have her endearing, but not so ethereal. it kinda makes me sick that an obviously cute girl is changed in to a beautiful perfection. Sakura and Ino in my oppinion are not that pretty. Ino is almost too mannish to be considered pretty. She is more, attractive and interesting. I wish that you had portrayed that more. Shika was out of character in a lot of this. Ino was very well portrayed. Towards the end shika too. But ino, im very proud of you, just the right flirty and drunk to be endearing. BUT STILL TOO PRETTY. SHIK I THINK SHOULD BE A LITTLE SELF COCIOUS. He's not a stud. ppl need to stop making people beautiful. its not right. on the rape part, i like how you made him guilty, btut i think he would have sort of abandoned his inteligence or over thought it. Or at least turned himself in. Well kyuubi is evil, and you portrayed it as it should be. But the Chinese dynasti thing, more detail and a name for the woman he became. I still liked it. Very interesting insight.
