Weekender 2004-10-12 ch 1,	abuseWow - this story took my breath away. At times i gasped "oh my god"!! When the captain gives her the ring, just stunning. The ending of them whispering vows at nanny's wedding -gee, I felt like crying! And its only a TV show!! I never saw Nanny on TV but that didn't take away. i ended up reading the whole (long) story in one go. Wonderful piece. please write more.

Transitions were a little sparse, but your dialog both internal and external was very effective. So are Phoebe's people only part Shi (Celtic High Elves)? How you managed to tell the story without further explaining the background was both mysterious and a bit frustrating. Thanks again, though for writing and sharing.
Village-Mystic 2004-05-27 ch 1,	abuseA wonderfully complex story. I only barely remember Nanny and the Professor, though wouldn't mind seeing some episodes again. Not sure if she is meant to be some kind of earth-angel or fair godmother in the series -- or perhaps some magical relation of Mary Poppins? In modern terms, she could be a Highlander Immortal in a society with a different code than the game, or of the Bewitched witches or even the wizardling world of Harry Potter. I'm trying to figure out if perhaps she and the captain aren't related or perhaps knew each other when he was alive. Looking forward to some mystereis being told in the next chapter. Thanks for writing and sharing.
