 Saeth Ceirwyn 4/23/09 . chapter 15Oh, I love this fic! It's amazing! |
 Yargh 9/9/07 . chapter 15 I hope you'll eventually update...

anonymous 7/5/06 . chapter 1 Attack of the Pronouns! |
nn 10/25/05 . chapter 11 XD man i can't get enough of this... totally awesomenes |
 nn 10/24/05 . chapter 3 m very interesting. i like this chapter. XD |
nn 10/24/05 . chapter 1 there is one little detail that i'm irked about. the random use of "sempai" doesnt make sense. the characters in trigun dont actually speak japanese. most of the character names are in english, vash can't read japanese, and vash writes in english. so if anything, they would all be speaking in english.
but yes, other than that, this is pretty good so far. XD will read more laters |
Yma 10/17/05 . chapter 15Excellent chapter, one of the best things about how you write is how you capture the human condition. It does feel a bit like the show, in that it doesn't shy away from the faults and problems with humanity but it has such a deep affection for humanity too. Meryl's thoughts are particually well illustrated here, and I like how you write her as a character. You've got a good balence between her femininity and her drive. And the entire illustration of Sky City in this is excellent. You're very right, there is this feeling in the show that they are... or should be, better than planet side people. But yet the show quickly shows how they're not. It's a wonderful balence you've managed to capture here and, though I look forward to seeing what else is going on, I'll miss the Sky City bits.
I'm looking forward to seeing what you're going to do with Jessica... indeed I'm looking forward to seeing where this entire story is going to go. I feel very sorry for her, I must admit and I can understand her decision, though I think it will prove a mistake for her. At any rate, excellent chapter. I look forward to the next! |
 inkydoo 10/16/05 . chapter 15good update. i really like this story. |
inkydoo 10/1/05 . chapter 14This is quite possibly the most well-written fanfiction I have ever read, and this doesn't even begin to address the unique storyline you've created. Vash's personality is perfectly in line with the comic book. Knives' more or less invented personality fits him perfectly. I hope they can start talking to each other or everything is going to go to hell. If I were Knives, and I saw humans treating my brother like this, it would be hard to convince me that they were all worth saving...although it would probably be hard to convince me that it was worth the effort to completely exterminate them all as well. Update soon. |
inkydoo 9/30/05 . chapter 11you really write sympathetic characters. this story is so good. |
inkydoo 9/30/05 . chapter 8i often thought throughout the series, what good is wolfwood at being a priest if he can't even recite the beatitudes to vash for a little comfort... |
 inkydoo 9/30/05 . chapter 3this is so good. i don't know how i missed it. |
Raven4 8/22/05 . chapter 6Ok, wow. As I reading Chapter Six, I was listening to Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb, and I couldn't helpt but think what an appropriate song it was for the action of the story. Imagine my shock when I reached the end of the chapter and found the song quoted there! But enough of my ramblings - this is a great fic so far, so I really need to go read the rest! |
Glass Bullet 6/30/05 . chapter 14I can't stop reviewing this damn thing. I love it to pieces, and you're one hell of an author. Keep writing, I'm eagerly waiting for the next chapter. _ |
peridot3783 6/13/05 . chapter 12Thanks for clearing that up... I kind of made an assumption (and you know what they say about assumption).
Besides, now that I've had time to think about it a bit more, the issue you're dealing with - how does one deal with someone who's done awful things but can't remember them - is a complicated enough moral dilemma without other character's problems.
I also like how you've shown in this litte aside the problem of implied knowlege - that no matter how good you are at making connections, retaining ideas etc, when you're starting out on a subject there's a lot of stuff that other people have absorbed and assume you automatically know.
And after that random aside... I'm stoked you updated! I look forward to reading the next chapter. |
