I loved this, it was sad and had Grima in it, which are two of my favorite fic-qualities! A little smut never hurt anyone ;)

The use of the Old English/Rohirric was great, and added a depth and realism to the story that so many fics are lacking. Go you!

Tolkien IS a genius. I am totaly obsesed with lotr, and the only one in my family who is so obsesed. My brother is a copmputer geek, and my sister is a wizbang(harry potter freak) They call me a lotr dottard(jerks!). Sigh. Anywho, i love this story!

How long do horses live? But anywho, i LOVED it. Eowyn has been a character who's grown on me as i reread the books, and this is the first fanfic i've read on her, yet i'm very confident in saying it's probably one of the best out there. It was an absolutely beautiful piece of work. i felt powerful emotions (my heart is usually pretty much a block of ice, ba humbug), as well as eowyn's. so bravo. it's too bad faramir couldn't make an appearance. ;)
