A very nice story. I like how you kept it serious and ominous all the way, and that you ended it on an upbeat note with Sanzou fleeing the joint to avoid having to preach. ^^ But -- Hakkai, Hakkai... Thanking Gojou is all well and good, but you _do_ know that you'd all have been utterly screwed if it wasn't for Yaone? Hm? Ungrateful twit. ;P

That was good. I really enjoyed the whole story, it was very different to what all the stories that are normally up on FFNet. I'm happy that Hakkai and Gojyo got their happy ending, love Sanzo typically trying to avoid a serman. Heh, heh! Nice of Gojyo to avoid making things difficult for him :-P
Sorry it took so long for me to read this, I just hadn't been feeling the best over the last week but I finally got a chance to read and it was well worth the wait.

I don't really have much to say except that I loved this story. Very nice job.

M... Well, I still think the sex scene deserves an R-rating, and besides, it wasn't really necessary. Personally, I'm more for the sweet glances and understandings they share, which you also included, so I'm happy. ^^

The ending was very sweet and left me with a big smile on my face. ^__^ Tomi's fate was also interesting. I expected her to complete her suicide, but of course, that would have been an easy way out. I wonder what will happen to her. Apparently, the *law's* take on the matter would be capital punishment, but now they'll have to handle it some other way. Hmm.

Ann: Nice ending, but I really want to kill Tomi...oh well...I guess I would want revenge too...but not like that...oh and I will have a fic called Bloody Memories or something like that. It's a fic set before Musical Love.

Ah, happy ending... *sighs happily* I am particularly happy that Tomi won't be strung up, although she technically deserved it... what do you think, are there psychologists in the Saiyukiverse? Because I think she would do good with some sessions. Anyway, nice ending! Thanks for a beautiful story!

Very, very, good. And I liked the traditional Saiyuki ending, with them all in the jeep going west. Though, I do have one comment, I think that Tomi should have put up more of a fight. I mean she was the reason they were in this predicament. Even so, I liked how she went out, and it further proved that Hakkai wasn't a cold blooded murderer. I can't wait to see what your next fic will be like. Perhaps you should do an AU fic? I don't know, but I think you'll do good at it.

A good ending, sweet without being cloying. I especially like the line about their backs to the rising sun--an obvious flip side to riding off into the sunset, but when it's pointed out it's a reminder that yes, actually, these particular guys *are* scrambling away from their origins as well as towards their futures and deaths.

You take very good care of Hakkai; it was kind of you to allow him the closure of showing mercy to Tomi. ^_^

I also enjoyed the slightly panicky return to business as usual. Gojyo's not going to forget this, and it's probably going to color his initial reactions, at least, to even the most ridiculous and mundane problems they face for a while--but now it's time to move on. Nice.

As pointed out on the message board, I think that the sex scene was pointless and didn't add to the story.

But the rest of the chapter was very well done, and I enjoyed it a lot. It was nice to see them struggling back to normality after what happened, and Sanzo's predicament was priceless. :)

That was so worth the wait,and I'm so glad everything worked out for Hakkai thanks to Gojyo,Sanzo and kawaii mature Goku. But the ending was so funny I Loved it. P.S. Can't wait for your next story.

A fitting end. I was on the edge of my seat for so long with this one. Lovely job overall and very god characterizations. Whatever shall you do next?
