Also, I really enjoyed your characterization. Naruto is so open with his feelings and Sasuke had always been secretive. The way try behave just makes sense. Kakashi just deals with it the best way he can, by consoling the both of them. He gets them.

The ending is sad but happy at the same time...

That was... beautifully written. The scene with Sakura's parents, all the little details and the realism in how the remainders of Team 7 reacted. You pulled that off perfectly. Naruto's reaction was done well but the second chapter with the focus on Kakashi and Sasuke totally blew me away. How tragic. And the ending... well you ended it perfectly. I have no shame in saying that the ending made me a little teary, heh.

It's actually been a while since I've written a review for someone... well, that isn't particularly true. I should probably say I don't write them OFTEN, mainly out of pure laziness but I had to leave a comment. I had to. Although it's been about six(?) years since you've written this, it's still as meaningful as the first time you've posted it. The characters were hauntingly realistic, and it amazes me how you were able to force Sasuke's emotions out without stepping the least bit out of character.

And Kakashi's constant provoking? Fantastic. I honestly cannot wrap my mind around this. Seriously, you're a awesome writer. I would've thought up another word for "awesome" but it's late and I have no idea what I'm rambling about anymore.

Hopefully you still continue writing despite how busy you are now!
