Oh. My. Gosh. That was so good. I almost cried! I would if I read it again, seriously. Is this from the book by Adele Geras? Because I read that and I LOVED it, and I absolutely love how you made this fanfic using the format that was one paragraph in the actual book...after the baby was killed, right? Wow. Awesome. You are such a good writer. Keep it up with your own novel!

I thought the style was really interesting and creative-i actually was able to ascertain what the story was about! (not lotr, that's why) but the problem was that it was really hard to follow. I dunno, maybe that's what you wanted, but i would have enjoyed the story more if i could read full speed instead of extra-slow. anyway, it was still really good. was there really a baby like that in the Iliad?

I literally got shivers upon reading the end of this. You may not have wanted to read it, but I'm glad you did; it's hauntingly beautiful. I especially like the way there are no distinct sentences through Astynax's narration. It feels more like the train of thought from an infant than it would if you'd written it formally, and it really adds to the overall feel of the story. Wonderful. Keep writing!

This is so sad. He's so confused, just a baby. The last line gave me goosebumps. This was so depressing, well written, and it really felt like you were in Astyanax's mind.

This almost made me cry! Why weren't there any periods,etc? Was that on purpose, since when Astyanax dies he was really small.

the lack of fullstops intented?Liked the fact that you made the man (Neoptolemus?) who was threw Astyanax was crying,like he was mmade to do it accrding to Europedes' The Trojan the scene with Asyanax falling to Hector's hands was terrific.
