Great story. I loved it. THe action and the passion were balanced. Good job.

It was cute I guess. I'm not a real sucker for X/G stories but I belive in giving every story a chance. I more of a Xena with anyone, man or woman, or god (ARES!), just not Gabrielle. I like the idea of haveing a close female friend without sharing a bed with her. Maybe it's because I think Xena has had lots of things thrown at her and she needs someone to love who is strong and someone she can lean on...(ARES). But all in all it was a cute story.

Boy, I don't really want to do this but... Thank you to everyone who reviewed my story, I am flattered that you read (or at least scrolled :) ) all the way through to reach the review field. And I do welcome constructive criticism of my work, which I know that 'Dice' deserves (a glaring lack of plot and extremely poor exposition for instance. :) ) But I don't feel that some of the below 'criticisms' are really necessary... even though I'm probably the worst person in the world to speak out on gay rights issues. All I will say is - if you look at the root of the issue - what is really so 'sick' about homosexuality? Is discrimination against choosing a partner on the basis of their looks or economic status so much more different than discriminating against someone because of what sex they are? As for my story, I did put a disclaimer about it being alternative fiction, at the head of the page. And I have since added another disclaimer in the summary - I am sorry if the first one wasn't clear enough and you read something that you really didn't want to. But thanks to spqr, Nicky, BHSbj, Lizzie and Silva for the positive comments... though you won't be seeing a sequel or another Xena/Gabrielle story from me. :)
