However, I do want to tell you that I believe that this is one of the best pieces of fanfiction on this site. I love how real your characters are: that Hermione hates the idea of being a brood-mare (because picturing her pop out Weasleys is scary) and that Severus isn't just evil (because no one can be that bad, except Voldie). I also love the way you portray Harry. He's so much smarter and wiser that Rowling writes him as. I sort of wish that she gave him the character that you have because her Golden Trio is so stereotypical. Harry is brave, Ron is the sidekick/village idoit, and Hermione is smart. On the other hand, your Golden Trio is multifaceted: Harry is brave and cunning, Ron is slightly stupid but still caring and wise, and Hermione uses her intellect to achieve her means, rather that the means of others. I love your work, and hope that you revisit it one day. Until then-- I'll have to figure out what happens on my own. ;) |
