This is a great story. I love all this Gargoyles stories of yours, and all the crazy theories you come up (I'm fairly sure Vogel is not related to Halcyon anymore than the Puck is to Oberon, but I don't see why Canon has to interfere with a good story).

And I wonder if the "Negro Lady" and her "swarthy beau" are who I think they are (please say yes!). I got one question though, did he ever knew? Preston that is, did he ever knew Halcyon was his father?

Wow, this was really, really well written. I loved how realistically the character's emotions were presented, as well as how well renard and "anastasia" were kept in character. Awesome, awesome job. Keep writing!
