Odd to think this was written seven years ago. Still fantastic! A very enjoyable, and well-written read. :)

I thought it was pretty out of character when Jane talked about how her and Daria had kissed several times before. Other than that, I liked the story. I thought it was pretty funny. Also I am fond of the Tom and Daria pairing. Can't wait for a new chapter.

very unlikely but i really liked it. you kept the characters pretty much acting like themselves. in lots of other fics i've read where jane and daria have a relationship they are suddenly gushy and totaly out of character. yours wasnt like that. it was good. like i said, it wouldn't have happened on the show. but I think it would be better than problems that came up in the series after the parade ep. i like to think theres something between daria and jane too.

hi yui ! today I read to of your daria's fics, "life's meanderings" and "consequence of a parade". I really like them.
I wrote you just to tell you they are good, becuase as a fanficwriter myself, I know how important it is to receive feedback. Your style really suits me. I read a lot of daria fics these times, and for the moment, I think you're the author I prefer.
Maybe there is a lack of cynism in your fics (but I just read two of them, for the moment), anyway, unlike most of the fanficwriters, you succeed with conveying feelings without making it inadequate to the Daria's athmosphere (of course it is a bit, we all know that the only little piece of romantism in 'daria' is very shy ^^)
I liked the sequel to the parade. In fact, I like to think there is something between daria and jane. I even wrote a whole study about homosexuality in daria, you'll find it here : http://daria-and-jane.arepopular.com . It's my new site, so you won't find a lot of things, exept great fanarts from a very talentous friend.
but after having put this study online, I received some mails from poeple who believed that I was obviously a daria and jane shipper, which I am not, I mean, seriously.
about your fic, which under means (is that the right word ?? I'm french, and I don't speak english well) a lot of sexual things. But you wrote it in a very subtile way, and that's why it doesn't seem perverse or anything at all. and *that* prooves that you're a very good ff author.
I have to read your other fics, which are long.
I will maybe translate some of yours, if you're ok. Your english isn't difficult for me to understand, and it would give me the possibility to show to french fan what a 'real' fanfiction is (just 4 or 5 exist, and they are HORRIBLE!!!!)
