I liked that Lifting Angel thing. This ones got a very 'rea' and hesitant feel to it...Snape's actions in the library dont make much sense though not unless he knew LV would find out it was him and did it that way so he could have his excuse. There was also a good deal of mystery and eerieness about the house, which was good. The house elf in particular, for what we saw or heard of her seemed more like a ghost than anything. The acting with Malfoy and making it look 'realistic' was amusing as well as how Snape and Harry managed to not go at each others throats while at Snape's house. Good dollop of a bit of angst with the breakfast scene though you missed some early magic incidents you know?
Ron's reaction to everything was well done and the way you started this all off, with the forest, helplessness and Legmincy (sorry cant spell it lol)

So I was reading...delaying preparing for an interview (Just *one* more chapter and *then* I'll prep!) and I got to the last chappie and was like AH!! what is a Lifting Angel spell? So I looked at the last time you updated, and was dismayed with what I saw! Please continue!

i just found this story and it is really interesting in all it's complexities.
lifting angel spell? we've seen him do the spell we've heard it explained and we've seen everyone's reactions to it, but you haven't exactly explained why they have that reaction. so that will be interesting to see next chapter.
does the spell have potential to cause harm to harry himself or is just really advanced like say the patronus?
