Spiders? That was really really evil ! Vadamar who could ever thought he would do such a thing?I hope they will leave almost unharmed. Poor Glorfindel! I recall that Glorfindel is not exactly very brave when facing spiders... I really pit on him.

It is good to see Alagaith and his family building a house in Mirkwood and even Seven is accepted. Good news indeed. I sure don´t pity Eliant at all, he has scemed one time to many and now the Spiders will make him pay. I so look forward to a sequel, maybe a tale where Alagaith and Tanglinna go to Rivendell? What do the two of you think?

Good ending. The conspiracy of Alagaer and Thranduil was very well done, and I love your choice of Eliant's fate- very fitting.

That Eliant, I think he needs to be taught a lesson. But it was good to see that Galion is such a good swordsman, he might need that knowledge in the future. To see Alagaith become swordsmaster in Mirkwood made me happy indeed, he deserves that honour. I am sure Tanglinna was very proud then.

Oh ooray! Things are finally strating to close up and come together! Alagaith has truly found a home, Thranduil likes him, and I suspect Eliant will soon get what's coming to him... Though possibly not before he makes a grand finale of trouble for our heroes.

I love Thranduil. He's good at sorting out truth, as I guess you'd expect him to be after all those centuries of rule. This chapter gives me hope we may see some justice, including poetic justice for Eliant. Galion was engaging here.
