ooh! Why a'plague won't anyone else write Lord Peter fanfic? He is absolutely top-hole, and so is your story. it's really a pity that no one reads DLS anymore, but Lord Peter, to me, is practically real. i can see him in my mind's eye, imagine him and harriet right next to me, if i please.

A wonderful addition to the Whimsey series. Not only have you picked up Sayers' style very nicely, but you have a excellent feel for her characters.

Most impressive is how you laid out Harriet & Peter's relationship. Not many writers capture the essence of respect, equality and love.

St. George is irrepressible, Bunter is flawless, and Peter is just as contemplative, elegant, and humble as I would imagine him to be.

Sayers has got to be one of the hardest authors to write fic for...everything she does is so subtle. This is marvelous.

Wow, lovely! You've got the style down quite amazingly. I love Peter's not-quite nervousness, his poetic preoccupations. I also liked the way you showed Bunter's patience with Peter (and his impatience with Jerry (what a perfectly annoying person he is here!)). Very nice and heartwarming.
