I actually laughed out loud at this part: "In Naruto’s haste to fix the damage, he tripped over the chair and flailed, whacking Sasuke in the arm which caused the boy to lose his grip on his fork, which nearly impaled Mrs. Haruna like one of his kunai would." XD such a funny image!! anyways, great description, mood and very well-written... very enjoyable to read. but, for the 2nd chapter...well..."o.0" it was unexpected ...sort of strange...and, well, I just can't picture Naruto turning into a girl. Yea..sorry, the idea just rubbed me the wrong way...not trying to offend you, but I just couldn't grasp the idea on the 2nd chapter... All in all though, I thoroughly enjoyed the 1st chapter, it would've been fine to just end it there... it was very sweet, and the flow of the story was very smooth. Happy writing, thanky!~

Ambience 2004-06-22 ch 1, anon.	abuseThe Japanese don't use forks or spoons. They use chopsticks. And chewing with your mouth closed is a western manners thing; most asian countries don't care about it overly much. Your story is good though Naruto is kinda OOC.
