I have been waiting for this, you know I have, with greatest anticipation and as usual, you never fail to deliver, mummy dearest. Jeanne's pain was so wonderfully written, and it's really sad how she cannot love Lyserg because of certain vows and promises she had made and never could go back on them.

Her selflessness is very suitable to this fic - for she has to give up as she cannot be with him. And even though it was literally killing her to give her blessings - she did it all the same for him.

Love at its noblest and yet it is a love loss.

Beautiful, beautiful piece of angst, mummy. I really felt sorry for Jeanne, your writing is no doubt, very powerful.

Can't wait for the resolution now! Although there's not going to be any more angst...right?

Oh, my. Marco certainly is OOC. But it is a very quaint and entertaining story. Very beautiful, even with the hint of shounen-ai. (For some personal reason, the thought of Marco interested in someone else other than Jeanne and Meene and my own OC Rune kind of scares me.) But it's a good story, very good.

*glomps* UPDATED! Heh, much as I don't have a preference for this triangle you're writing, I still love to read it. ^^

Marco's OOC-ness...admittedly there's some sort of it [seeing how he was a total and complete ** in Mankin anime/manga] but I think I am liking this Marco more than the in-character one. Heh. I think that's a wonderful insight into Marco's thoughts, though. Great explanation of the relationship build-up between him and Lyserg. It made the relationship possible [cos Marco was always an ** to Lyserg]. Gah, didn't know that Marco could be so deep. ^^

The part about Jeanne is so sad though. She's pushing the one she /could/ love and who loves her away to another person. But I can see her pain because of reasons that she cannot overcome, so she wishes for Lyserg to be happy and believes that Marco could give it to him. Nice touch there. I like the conversation between Jeanne and Marco.

"...No matter what happens, I will find you, Lyserg. And I will take you home."
I like this bit a whole lot. It just gives so much hope and strength and one couldn't help wishing for a happy resolution. I just think the "going home" part is kinda sweet. ;)

Great update, mummy dearest! Now I can't wait to read Jeanne's part. I am a huge sucker for ANGST and you know it. Hehe.

You already knew what I thought about this story XD but me reviewing all the same. ^^

First off...let me say that this is REALLY a unique triangle to be tangled up in. ^^ Probably the first Marco/Lyserg/Jeanne fic ever published. The RP REALLY do give us great ideas. Hehehe.

And...wonderful wonderful writing as usual. I think the Lyserg angst is written most wonderfully. So sad and moving...how he loved her and yet, he knew that it could NEVER be, not between him and her. Great portrayal on that.

I like the established sort of rapport between Marco and Lyserg. It's a great point to make how some respect existed between them, and I like the overview of their relationship's evolution. Ah, we all know that Marco's not a meanie. He's actually a nice softie. ...right? (winces) But yeah, great take on Marco's reactions. It was subtle but yet bringing on the point most wonderfully. And the Lyserg/Marco hints in the same category as well: subtle but workable.

Me, for one, can't wait to see an update, even if I neither a Marco/Lyserg or Lyserg/Jeanne fan. Simply because a good Mankin fanfic is hard to find nowadays and I really hope for you to write write write! ^^
