Beautiful. I didn't completely get the set up, but your writing style is very expressive and I loved the parallelisms and soul exploring that you made with the characters.

Wow. I usually stay away from one-shot romances, since it's kind of hard to develop relationships, but not yours. I'm so glad that I bought the first volume of Saiyuki last weekend, otherwise I'd be a little lost. ^__^; I love this pairing and your...gemtle way of writing the relationship. Gosh, Hakkai is such a bishounen. Makoto's so lucky. And look, they both have beautiful hands. I see how the whole "hand" bit is a major device here. From the beginning with Hakkai's musings to the tender moment when he tells Mako-chan that her hands are beautiful as well.

I was really looking forward to this and now I'm sad to see that it's gone. Thanks, M.A. for keeping the Makoto spirit alive in the world of crossovers, with this wonderful writing. ^__^
