Nicely done. You got the feel for their personalities just right. I especially liked the way Ezra kept leaving 'messages' that he knew Vin would find...and the epilogue...what can I say. A stroke of genius. Brought the story to full circle. This was a very entertaining read.

Cutest, bestest, awesomest story ever. I love Ezra with kids. Nothin' cuter. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the ending from the grown child's perspective. so cute.

aw, that was a wonderful story. I especially love the epilogue at the end. The only complaint I had was there was no scene breaks. It's a bit disconcerting to jump from one place to another without even an * to mark it.

Once again your story have left me speechless and I mean that in a good way. I never have anything bad to say about your stories but at the same time they are so good that my coment would not do them justice. I must say however that this is the best ending so far. You truly understand the boys, I always feel like I'm still watching the show on TV. Thank you, because of writers like you The Legend will keep on riding. @_@

Wonderful story, the epilogue made me catch my breath. Very well written.

Wow! What a good story! I especially like the ending. I am such a sucker for a happy ending. Is there anyway to let Ezra know he was remembered? And loved by this man? I'd like to read that. Also about his cousins is there anyway to find out if they remember him? I would think they would. I'd like to read that too.

As always NotTasha, your stories are wonderful, and this was no exception. I love how you portrayed Ezra as having the skill and nuturing ability of a caregiver, and willingly at that. I also enjoyed how he was able to know that the others were following him, and his almost secret conversation with Vin. And of course the ending was very sweet, I was glad to see that Lemuel (aka Jack) remembered Ezra and held up to such regard that he'd name his son after him. Truly a very heartwarming and loveable story _

NotTasha, just wanted to let you know that I am reading my way through your stories, from the first to the most recent. I absolutely love them - I think they really capture the boys. I always did wish they'd talk more about Ezra as a boy on the show. I think you've done a great job doing this in your stories.

Stories of this length don't always have the stuff to keep me interested right until the end, but this was engrossing. The plot was perfectly paced and the characterisation was wonderful. Some very touching moments and a great ending. Many claps.
