I spent the best part of an hour reading this last week and to be honest I didn't review it till now because i'm not very good at reviewing in general. But something compelled me to, because this fic... from start to finish... is in my blunt terms the ** win of wins.

It's so rare to see Reiko love in general and for a long time I thought I was the only fan he had, but it's so nice to see him get some attention. He really is underrated and here in your fic I feel that you have him bang on. You captured him perfectly and that makes me a happy clam.

There's also a lot of things I could praise. Sarenna attention, the fact that you used the connection both her and Reiko were supposed to have in the games and made it into something so perfect and genuine, how you encorperated all the games into the story, how you didn't miss a trick, how you got everyone's personality spot on, the inclusion of minor characters Kia and Jaakata (( Can never remember how it's spelt )), all the detail you used, the description... and of course, Reiko! Oh yeah, Sonya too... and I just know it was an image of Ashrah that Sareena saw in the portal! Ashrah is again underrated...

Anyways.

You are without a doubt the best Mortal Kombat author I have ever some across and I hope that you continue to write such amazing stories such as this. As said, I spent an hour reading this but it was an hour well spent.

Also I was wondering Noob-Sailbot is an former Sub-Zero. in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero game to MK 1 and he is latter replaced by his younger brother MK 2 onward. So how could he bee serving Shinok and stealing from him at the same time?
Maybe I'm just thinking to hard but i appreciate it if you explained.

Hey, I reviewed every other story and I'm happy to say I read this. Is this an earlier work? I mean it is great, like I am anxously anticipating the sequel, but it is a lot shorter that your others. Good though, I like it. I would like to see you do a Rain story.

Excellent! Now Sub-Zero is in the story *what is "Sifu"..his name..a word meaning 'sir'..or what?* I wonder just WHAT the Elder Sub-Zero said to his younger brother about Sareena...I knew we where getting close to Deception (the Deadly Alliance being mentioned and all)

Wow, simply wow. A great finish-up of a great story. I really liked the newfound prejudice that Sareena had to face, being a Demon in Earthrealm. I also liked the characterization of Sub-Zero and Sonya, very well done. I was also taken aback by the woman clad in white clothes, a great preview for Deception, especially with the whole rivalry thing. Just a brilliant story and even though it was fiction, I really think this should be canon to the MK storyline, because it's just WAY too good. Great job.

This chapter merits such a huge review, but due to my horribly infected finger, I'll keep it short. Another beautiful chapter, totally flawless as far as I'm concerned. Now the wait for a new chapter begins.

It's amazing how much stronger Scorpion seems to be when he's in the Netherealm *fending of Drahmin and Moloch and chasing Quan Chi thru the Portal* Quan Chi's girlish screams made "Scorpion's Intro" that much more spectacular to read. ~ I could only imagine if Scorpion were able to retain his power from the Netherealm

I liked how Sareena lost herself against the humans and you were able to explain the "what's and why's" of her reasoning *why she attacked back:what she really saw*..makes her seem more...human

Nitara's appearance came as a surprise to me..in my opinion Sareena OWN3D her pretty bad...how embarassing

This is a side note:
If Scorpion is so much weaker outside the Netherealm and the orginal Sub-Zero was such a formidable opponent..how could scorpion have defeated him (Was it simply because of Reiko's training? Or maybe Sub-Zero wasn't "all there" in his fight *too much thinking to do*? or was he simply caught off guard?)~The way Sub-Zero was described in one of your chapters he was almost like a 'Masked Ice Ninja Liu Kang'..but I guess ANYONE can be brought down..

A beautifully beautiful chapter and I simply loved it. The summary of MK4, especially Noob vs. Reiko, was very well done and I was shocked that Reiko finally spoke. The ending of the chapter was great too, loved how you changed it up from the game's confusing ending. Another great chapter.

Perfection..I like this story so much I've even convinced my cousin to read it..I've yet to discover wheather or not he likes it..I'll soon know

Another great chapter and I really liked how you characterized each different character by how they fought, like Baraka going absolutely berserk while Reiko plans his strikes and so forth. I also liked seeing the appearance of the Fire God from MK:M. I can't wait for the next chapter, and I'm curious as to what Reiko's choice may be. Keep up the good work.
