Very interesting take on Luna's character. This is the first time I've ever seen her under such an angle, it would explain a lot.

Your vocabulary is exquisite, "their coexistence silent except for the soft plunk of flat chunks of the lithosphere gliding smoothly over the water" I especially love the way you put this. You also have either no or a minimum of ( since I didn't spot any) spelling mistakes. The story also has a certain flow to it, a serene, balanced sort of feeling, much like the Luna Lovegood you're trying to portray. Very well done.

That was amazing... truly beautiful. Your words and ideas flow just right and you've really got Luna down! One of the best Luna stories I've read; it really is great. You went into detail and yet strayed from it -- perfect combination of it, I think.
