That was amazing! I love how you write Tseng and I love all your other Tseng/Rufus stories as well!

Hello. I wandered on over from the review you left for me on "White as Lightning." Wanted to thank you for commenting and read some of your work as well.

This is a beautiful piece and I feel a low heartache for both Tseng and Rufus. The tension is wonderful, and the foreshadowing ever so subtle it's like picking up the still shifting air currents in a room someone has just left.

This pairing is very likely my favorite in the FFVII world (though I do find Sephiroth and Tseng an intriguing pairing, I consider my "White as Lightning" a smutty little sequence to fill the space before Rufus comes of age ^_~) --there's such a contrast in the characters and so many ways to run with the idea of their interactions, and you run with them well.

Sadly there is just not enough fiction written involving these two, but I hope you continue attempts to remedy that.

You've managed to pull of slash, imagery, structure and good choice of words all at once. Wonderful piece of work! You deserve your weight in double chocolate cookies.
