It was different, cute but different. I'm not sure why Dougan would have a cup and bowl for him. I can't see him believing he was worthy of eating with Sanzo in his room. It'd have been funny if you'd had Dougan's reaction to the day Sanzo brought Goku home. Since the movie skimmed over that part. It was a good story though.

I really liked this! A wonderful view of the two disciples and how very different they are. A nice view of Sanzo's thoughts as well! Very well done!

i haven't gotten a chance to watch Requiem, and i really wish i had a chance to watch it, but i know the gist of it... i think. Anyway...

Great story. Deliberate, and contemplative, with a thought-provoking theme (debate worthy, just the way i like it =p), though your Sanzo's eventual conclusion is a bit obscure to me. ^^;; Do you mean to say that while Goku is able to remain detached, Dougan is too preoccupied with the objects in his life, and Sanzo is too preoccupied with the way he leads his life? At least, that's what it appears like to me.

Besides that, however, i adored the way you handled the characters' actions and interactions. What does the title mean, by the way?

I'm firmly convinced that Go Dougan's a freak, though. I might have pitied him, but...he just HAD to mess around with Hakkai's head. That ** me (not to mention Hakkai). Hahaha, bet you know now who my favorite character is.
Anyways, I love how you used the concept of the orange airplane, and Goku being the one who understood.
Looking forward to that chapter fic! When are you going to post it?
