I just love it. Dick is so innocent. I think that is what everyone loves about Dick is that he has always retained his childlike innocence in the midst of the insanity that is Batman's Crusade.

When I was learning my catechism, for the life of me I couldn't understand why Mary, the mother of God, was full of 'grease,' but I dutifully offered up my daily prayer to her as follows: Hail Mary, full of grease...! Thankfully, one of the nuns gently corrected me, and Mary has been "full of grace" of ever since in my prayers.--Syl

Dick Estabrook 2004-08-16 ch 1, anon.	abuseGood story. It seems religion is something the comics reglect entirely. Not other religions so much mind you, but Christianity (true Christianity) is vehemently dodged and ignored. Some people like Superman and Dick you know are probably Christians, but there are really no outward signs of it aside from there morals. Though I have enjoyed some little hidden things like when Dick is creeping back into his room and clumsily knocks over some CD's and guess what? The cd's are Christian artists.
