You weren't kidding when you told me that the new Cowboy Bebop fiction you wrote was depressing. I'm glad to see that instead of raising the dead (as I'm sure some people would have done) you wrote about how Jet is dealing with his losses. My review? As I read it I could see the sadness in Jet's eyes and hear the echo of footprints...nothing more. Very good job miss batbabe1 (I so wanted to use your first name here).

i've become a fan of little one-shots that go deeper into what happened in the series, and i have to say it's so refreshing to see a jet-centeered one-shot. it left me feeling so empty and a bit alone, which i think is what they must feel. so you did an excellent job conveying the emotions. and that last line, oh my goodness. i could just hear his steps in my head and feel that cold hollowness (is that even a word?). wonderful.

I don't see many stories from Jet's perspective. I like that he was in character, too.
