Wow, Im actually ENJOYING a Harry Potter fic thats more self-insert centralized! Thats actually saying a lot. Because I usually dont read Harry Potter fics, and I loath self-inserts. But this, this just seems to be the acception. Not only is this wonderfully written with a fantastic sort of realism, but the dialouge is great.

Most authors of self-inserts only highlight the good qualities in themselves, and ignore the bad. But you make a great show of bringing out and acknowledging both the good and the bad to create something thats not so ridiculously farfetched and unbearable to read.

Great job by the way, Im looking forward to reading more.

great story. it is not a mary sue which i can appreciate because you character has many faults which make her a more believeable human. if she is based off a real person I wish i could meet them because she has the tendancy to say what im thinking. though i was expecting her to say at some time "danger danger will robinson danger" or something like that to harry. I hope that you will write a year 2 for her. and why did Voldemort want her spared?

YEAH...you updated! this is one of my favorit fics of yours and i was begaining to think you had forgotten it. I have to attmet that nothing too exciting happened but i loved it all the same (after all, not every chap. can be a plot twist or you would end up with a soap opra or something). i must confess that i am a little confused as to where your going on the wood front. at first it seemed like we had the mokeings of a good romance on our hands then you pulled those dreaded words "like a big brother". of corse you could still have a romance but now you'll have to wait a while till you can pull it sucsesfuly into the plot and i am not a patent person and was looking forward to a good romance between the two charactors.
