Thank you for not wasting time on classes, but Malfoy has been very quiet and Snivelus has been practically invisible. It so nice then those two and Bumbles don't mess up the story.

Well, that sets up Ginny to be attacked. Are they all brainless? I mean, Hermy certainly is (what she sees in that ginger wanker is beyond me), but Harry and Ginny should be more protective of themselves.

It is so good to see that the two people who most enjoy mind-raping children (Snape and Bumble) have spent zero time trying to find the poisoner. What a school. Attempted murder is nothing. Hitting a DE lackey is punished with a week's detention and lots of house points. What a great school.

That is not the shrieking, intolerable, insufferable, overbearing Mollycoddle of canon. This one shows a brain and an unbelievable amount of "stupidity" unless she wants her daughter shagged senseless.

Has he spent even one second trying to find the who and how of the poisoning? What a complete waste.
Who could possibly respect such a man? Who could leave their children in his care, especially as long as he allows Snape to have free reign?
It was clear from the beginning that Harry would something to live for and Ginny would be the best choice, but he does nothing to tell them.

As usual, I suspect Bumbles to do NOTHING to find out who attacked Harry and the idea of hiding your "love" is stupid. If the old fart has any idea what is going on, why can't he finally take some action to actually protect the children under his care (and Harry in particular).
If the bastard can waste resources tracking Harry, he should able to discover what the ferret does and get rid of him. There is no excuse to keep the ferret in the school except to have someone to irritate Harry.

The idiot can't look behind him? He can't use the compartment for shelter? None of the nimrods could take up multiple positions to fight? I mean, even if you HAVE to be out in the open (which, by definition, is stupid) you have one person lie down, one person kneel, and one person stand. I can go along with the story, but I would hope that Lupin points out how blitheringly stupid they all were.
It is also nice to see that Bumbles and his security is so still second to none (well, actually, it is just barely second to nothing). Aurors following the train, always arrive a day late, and not ON THE TRAIN where they might actually do some good. Personally, just from this one attack, the DEs deserve to win. Everybody else is just a drooling brain-dead vegetable--just like in canon.
