Guess for song...uhm Sora from Escaflowne. Though it's pretty much a mezzo song and I can't really see Rufus singing it, but then again I can't really see him singing opera at all. Btw, great fic. I've already read it once so this is my second time through it. That means it's pretty good if i'll condemn two days of my life to reading this long ** thing again^-^ but still, great job.

That whole thing was a truly amazing story.

It's the single most powerful, esquisitly brilliant piece of fiction I've ever read.
Truth be told, you far surpass most published authors.

This whole story made me cry.
Not so much Rufus's death, but the sheer humanity of the entire thing. You've managed to reach in and pull out a part of your readers that remains hidden. The part that makes each and every one of us so much like Reno, Rufus, Tseng and everyone else who suffered and caused suffering.


This is the most amazing thing I've read in years.

It's beauty is beyond words.

I love this story!

Since BAU is so long (not complaining though), I'll just review the last chapter, and put everything here.

First of all, I'm gonna state that you are SICK!! But that's just great. If you were completely normal, this wouldn't probably exist.

Second, I think your Rufus is great. He's a slimeball, totally evil, and otherwise NOT GOOD for Reno, but that's just the way he is. And I love it.

Third, I love the slightly sick and twisted love between the two. Reno deserves so much better, but he just can't get away from Rufus. And Rufus is taking the full advantage. Does it get any more perfect than this?

Your way of describing things, especially things going through Reno's head, are dead beautiful. You make angst and violence sound nothing like they really are, and somehow bring out these subtle little details in the story so that you notice them, and remember them when they turn important.

Basically, my hat's off, discarded in the corner from chapter 2.

I love this story, I read it before but everytime I get to the end I feel like crying.

Ihave read this fan-fiction frm start to finish and I have to say you have done a wonderful job. I like how well you kept the characters, in character and I think t ties in wih the story line of FFVII very well.

Okay... first thing I wanna say... this took me like... four days almost to read... with several interruptions from people... but ya. I'm usually done with stories in one sitting no matter how long. I was rather amazed.

Now, I read White Flag... (sorry I forgot to review that) And then this... and has anyone ever told you that you're mean? I was so sad when they finally were happy... I knew that they wouldn't be together... But the sequal promised is giving me some hope. All in all, aside from random typos, I think this is THE best FFVII fic that I've ever read. Like... no comparison at all.

I only had one problem... You said that Rufus' Mako trip won over Cloud's... technically... Cloud was on a Mako trip for several years while he was being experimented on by Hojo... So... I'll admit it was a crazy trip... But Cloud wins.

Hope that didn't seem impertinent... I really loved the story. And you write the characters so well. Rufus especially... you seem to take more care with him. But yes... awesome fic. Loved it.

Oh wow. This, along with White Flag, is seriously the best FFVII fics I've read, possibly the best of all different fanfics I've ever read. (And belive me, to say that I've read a lot of fics would be an understatement. I've spent way, way to much time reading fanfics during the years, and I can honestly say that I've become rather picky about quality.)
The writing style is simply amazing, and I love the way you're not afraid to add dark and twisted elements to the story and it's characters, and you manage to pull it off exelently. I am one of those who don't have all that high thoughts about mankind and the way you give the characters flaws and not-so-appealing qualities, but still make the readers heart ache for them is something I appreciate very much, it makes them all the more human. Your Reno and Rufus are so perfect, I'll never be able to enjoy a story about them quite as much as I did before because there is no way anyone will be able to portrait them the way you have.
Reading this has been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, I rarely get so affected by a story as I became with this one. And I'm ceartinly not moved to tears very easily, but I did shead a few when I read that bit about Tseng speaking to his Turks over the phone at the temple, and during the epilogue I cried like a baby. I did read White Flag first, I knew all along how it was going to end, but I still felt so utterly devastaded, like I somehow had hoped for a last minute miracle. But, that is one of the reasons I love it so much, I'm a bit amazed at how I got so moved even though I already knew the ending.
I really don't know how to properly express my feelings toward this story, especially in english, but I hope you get that this story is not just another good fanfic in my eyes, it's much, much more than that.
I'm going to add it to my favorites, and I will defenitly read it again. Thank you for writing this

This was sad, but I guess this story wasn't categorized under Romance AND Tragedy just for the hell of it. I can't believe 'Business As Usual' is finally FINALLY done. I know there's P3, but still. 'BAU' is done. I remembered how I used to read this during my ROP Desktop Publishing class last year, starting in January (don't worry, I aced the class). I was addicted to it (as Reno to Rufus XD) and was reading as much as I could at any given moment. Then, I caught up to you eventually and had gotten sad. I believe I was waiting for chapter 25.

Enough reminiscing. Its a little depressing to me that the greatest Runo fic (in my opinion, chu) is complete. I hate it when I finish a story I was really into (I was heart-broken when I finished the Darren Shan Saga). Well, now I wait for P3, and by the number of reviews you have, so do many others. Go you! X3

omg, I can't believe it. It's over; BAU is over and my heart hurts. Really lol Not to mention that I rev.ed this only once. ONCE! I fail, considering that I followed this awesome story for so long..

And what a FUN it was to follow BAU, I'll miss it dearly. The characters, the way you write them, leave/left one no choice but to embosom them in any situation. The up and downs.. and deeper still. With some lighter chapters thown in, it's a great mix. Doesn't matter that it's just fiction, really; the words made/make them real. And how I luv the words, the peri- and phrases, the conversations ..cuz I'm a conv.junky. Witty, touching, everything. Oh, and the knowledge of WF didn't help one bit to be prepared for this ending *grabs heart* Sad! But oh so good *sniffcough* And the concept of the epilogue intrigued me, I'll have to read that again..

Oh, my.. Ya know, it's one of these fics, that I leave open every day on scenes that I luv at that time. In fact, it was the first one. Well, isn't that pathetic? But I think that writing this does express my luv for BAU more than, well, a simple 'I luv it'. ..And now you may laugh about it, cuz I'm doin just that to cover up the shame XD Ah, well. I'll go and wait for P3! :) Thanks for writing BAU!

In all honesty, I feel like I lied to myself. Despite having read "White Flag," I kept trying to believe that Reno and Rufus would have a happy ending. I avoided reviewing the previous chapter because I was so disturbed with Rufus' death, I felt physically ill. (My curse, I *feel* what fictional characters feel.)

However, it, your story, was incredible from beginning to end. I'm glad to have found it and hope for, er, something to follow BAU.

Again, amazing story. Believable characters and situations you can empathize with.
