Wow,
I can't believe that after all these years I've finally finished reading your story. I've been a fan of Children of the Heartless since it kinda started. Your writing is absoultely beautiful in how you protray all the characters in your fiction. I was moved by tears when Riku shut himself behind the door. Now I am going to eagerly start Bound to You and unravel more of Lucinda and Trigger happiness for myself.
Great job i'm go glad you finally finished the fic.

Wow. This was truly an amazing story.

I usually avoid reading fanfictions with OCs because they often tend to be too 'perfect' which makes them, in my opinion, very unrealistic. However, I found that this was really not the case for Lucinda and Trigger, as they each have their own strenths and weaknesses. They are both well-developed characters that fit into a well thought-out plot like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.

Once again, congratulations for bringing to life this remarkable story and I shall now scurry right off to read its sequel.

Oh my goodness I deeply regret postponing reading things. I really hope you'll forgive me. xD I had a squee attack when I started three chapters ago but... I didn't want to review everyone this time, just wanted to keep going. (Okay so I forgot to review. 8D; I'M SORRY)

It was a great ending, I've really been wondering how everything with the -real- Ansem would factor in but it looks like you're going to make it work after all xD I'm going to have to start on the next installment now~ But kudos to you for finishing this fic, I can't wait to read more!

Hey there lunafrak, your friendly neighborhood Marvelninja here, just letting you know that this has go to be one of the best KH fics I've ever read on here :D! It's got a lot of chapter to cover, so it'll probably take awhile to get through it all. Anyhow, keep up the good work and I be looking forward to seeing how your sequel turns out.

Last Chapter! YAY! I've never been able to complete a fanfiction (my brain must be designed toward writing one-shots or something *sweatdrop*) so awesome job! *takes a moment to imagine the blissful feeling of clicking the 'complete' button*

Oh! It makes sense that 'Ansem' would say that her father was adapted because that's what happened to Xehanort! I guess the 'suicide' would be when Xehanort betrayed King Ansem and replaced him. That makes sense, because why would her father have wanted to kill himself when he had Lucinda? (Hopefully I'm right and that wasn't a really cruel, thoughtless question. *sweatdrop*)

But it is interesting that Trigger could have messed with her memories. He is part heartless, so he could tamper with the darkness in her heart, which is where forgotten or hidden memories are stored. It makes me wonder if Riku would have some power over memory since he can control heartless, and heartless are the darkness in people's hearts... Maybe he can help people remember memories?

But I really like how you set it up that Lucinda would also have memories she really wanted to remember when she got to Castle Oblivion. I guess since Kairi and Lucinda are related, Namine will also be able to tamper with her memories... I was disappointed when I heard that Namine could only affect people who were close to Sora, but I'm glad there's a way to find a loophole! :)

Hey, this is a cute story! I've really enjoyed it so far, and your OCs are amazing! However, I've noticed in your newer posts, that you are starting to include swearing. I just ask you to perhaps stop, because it's degrading to the characters whom I hold in high esteem. It is very OOC for the canon characters as well.

Well, I'm looking forward to an update! If you do a sequel that covers CoM, will if be the Sora mode or the Riku mode? Just curious. :-D I really hope you will do the sequel! ~Ila

""You're so cute when you're stupid."" It might just be me but that line seemed a bit awkward...

Can't wait for another update! >.< Things are heating up! oh I wanna know what happens next! Soon soon please!! (please?)

Aweomse chapter! Keep it up! Take as long as you want! So long as it's updated and it's just as awesome than it's all good! :3

m... Sora has been a lot more homesick than he would have liked to admit... dang it, I want to give him a hug! *pouts* And I feel bad that Lucinda is letting go of the Heartless... I don't think it's really that the heartless are bad so much as it is that they were overproduced to the point of becoming a threat to the worlds. Heartless existed long before Ansem's experiments and will continue to exist long afterword, no matter how many are cut down. There is darkness in every heart... And I don't think darkness is really a bad thing. *nod*

So... now we know that there's something very fishy about Ansem and the plot thickens... ... ... and someday I'm going to find myself some sea-salt ice cream... -_- Keep Writing!

WHOA! UPDATE! -blows a brain-fuse-

-twenty minutes later after fixing brain-fuse-

WHOA! Update! =D YAY!

Aw, poor Sora! It's kind of creepy how she can so perfectly imagine Riku there. Almost Stalker-like.

Wow that sucks. Riku needs a lantern, to fend off the dark forces! bwhahaha.

"What's goin' down?" "The Enemies."

'If only to feel young again' what an arsehole, that's a horrible excuse for useing someone.

Uh-oh looks like that crystal caused some memory issues. I was wondering how you were going to work around the problem of having her know Xehanort as daddy-ansem. Looks like it'll be coming into focus now.

Good, but unusually short, chapter. Make sure to update soon! (maybe my brain'll splode of shock and excitment again) Next time we may get to see some kicking of ansem butts! =D YAY! Kicking! Get on it when possible lunafrak-dono! WE'RE COUNTING ON YOU! (me & the 'imaginary' friends that is.. o.o)

I'm really looking forward to the sequels and I hope that you're able to finish this fic soon!

YAY! ANOTHER CHAPTER!! :) I can't imagine how you will fit Lucinda into Chain of Memories. Or maybe she'll end up going with Riku on the other side of the door? It seems like that without Ansem, Riku is all she has left to fight for, and she wouldn't want to lose him again, even if it means jumping into a sea of darkness. But at that point, Trigger would probably be too injured to survive it, so she would convince him to stay back with Sora. Or maybe they would be separated because Lucinda just barely got through as the door was closing and Trigger got left on the other side. Riku obviously would be freaking out. "What on earth did you just do?! You can't..." "I'm not going to lose you again...! We'll met the others again; I know we will." And her calm determination would convince him, and they with King Mickey would face the heartless together, or something like that. It would work out. ^_^;

Then, Sora, Trigger, Goofy, and Donald would be looking for Riku, Lucinda, and the King, but they would end up in Castle Oblivion where their memories would be wiped out little by little and maybe Trigger would even forget Lucinda... Unless because he is a heartless he wouldn't be affected and he would be freaked out by Sora, Donald, and Goofy's forgetfulness, so the Organization would want to exterminate him to keep him from ruining their plans...

Or maybe because Trigger has half a heart, that half would be affected and still lose memories, so there would be the unexpected result that the Heartless part of Trigger would become savage as his memories were taken. As time went on, Sora and the rest would forget how they had even met Trigger, but they would still keep him as part of their party, if only because he reminded Sora of a vague feeling from a long time ago that once Sora had been like Trigger was and that for some reason they couldn't leave him. Without realising the full effect, the Organization would continue removing Trigger's memories (perhaps even out of curiosity) until Trigger lost his sense of self and viciously broke from the party, roaming free through the castle with only his heartless instincts to guide him. The Organization would probably have all memory of Trigger taken from Sora, Donald, and Goofy, because he had been too strong a reminder of what had occured at Hollow Bastian.

...and meanwhile Lucinda would be traveling with Riku through the castle's underground. hm... I never played CoM all the way through, but it would be interesting if they had a fight over something, probably something silly but where hard words are exchanged on both sides, so for a little while they go their seperate ways. Riku would probably be angry, which would make the darkness in his heart stronger and harder to control *read: temporary distraction*. Lucinda probably would be crying, and she'd hear someone coming behind her. She sees "Riku" but it is really the Riku clone. "Riku...?" "You think I'm that weak-hearted fool?" Her eyes would harden. "What have you done with the real Riku?" He becomes angry. "I'm more real than he ever was! ...And besides," his mouth twists into a sick smile that shows very clearly how different this Riku is from the real one (or perhaps reminds her of when Riku had been taken over by Ansem), "rather than worrying about him, you should be worried about yourself." The gleam in his eye coupled with that sick smile gives the Riku clone a crazed look as he draws out his keyblade.

Then the real Riku, or perhaps even Trigger would come to save her, but if it were Trigger, he would not be the same. Seeing her might drag up some sort of memory, like a feeling of warmth and safety or a strong desire to protect. He would defend her against clone Riku, who would teleport out, but she would try to hug Trigger and he would scratch her with his claws. She would realise something terrible had happened to him. Then Riku would come in, sweating from a heartless battle because he had nearly been overpowered by the darkness. He would see Lucinda sitting on the ground with Trigger nearby and everything would seem normal. Seeing Lucinda's eyes red and puffy would fill him with a surge of guilt, because he'd know she had been crying. Immediately, Lucinda would interegate him. "Are you really Riku?!" "Who else would I be?" he'd say, wiping a bit of sweat off his brow. He'd play calm and collected but inwardly wonder if she knew just how close he'd been to being overtaken by the darkness. "Say something only Riku would know!" ... *insert cute moment here* "It really is you! What happened? There's someone who tried to fight me who looked like your twin!" Riku twitches inwardly '...I have an evil twin?' "And Trigger came and helped me fight him off, but Trigger! There's something really wrong with him!" Tears would pour down her cheeks. Then Riku's brain would flip into overdrive. 'Waitaminute! If Trigger is here then -he- must be here too! (**flash* spiked brown hair *flash* goofy blue-eyed grin *flash* racing on the beach, gasping for breath, final push for the finish!**) Sora must be here, too!' His eyes would widen. Then the strange hissing sound from Trigger would bring the rest of Lucinda's words to sparkling clarity. 'If Trigger is like this, then what could have happened to Sora?' Something here was very, very wrong.

omg, super long review. *deep breath* lol, I've practically written a fanfiction to a fanfiction. Thank you so much; that was a lot of fun! (although I don't even know if all that can count for a real review)XD But now that I think of it, you said something somewhere in a chapter about turning Trigger into a human, so I guess that can't be included in, but, oh, well, fanfictions don't have to get all the details right. :p I can't wait to see how you'll pull off this finish! I really felt for Sora near the end of the game and you've brought that part to life, which makes me happy... and sad at the same time. Of course he would have been crushed to see what was left of his island home. At least he's guaranteed a happy ending... sort of. It probably was hard for him to be taken from Kairi again, but if it was, he hid it behind a smile and a mountain's worth of high hopes. Sora is like that. Like the lyrics to a song I heard once. "Just put on your brave face; they'll never know you lied." But anyway, enough rambling... I look forward to the conclusion of your story. ^_^
