Even though i've read this so many timesand have already reviewed anonymously in the past, I have to reiterate that this is undoubtedly my favorite Jack/Kate fic!! I love the story taking them to Seattle and the next fourty years!

For one thing, I always daydream about Jack getting to have a normal life at some point, even tho I think the chances of that are unlikely. I also have ALWAYS love Kate, I think they had great chemistry in season 5 and I was sorry they didn't continue their relationship. The one thing I didn't like about your plot line was Marie's responses when Kate went to visit her. I really don't think she would have broken down and gotten all nice and sweet like that; she had that terrorist mind-frame. So that part wasn't very believable for me. Besides that tho, I enjoyed very much! You write well, in an engaging style. Keep writing!

I've been looking for Jack/Kate stories ever since season 2 was aired here in Sweden and I finally found one that was longer then 2-3 chapters :-) And I loved every word of it. I loved it so much that I couldn't wait to get home from work so I could continue reading it. You are a fantastic writer and I'm really looking forward to reading more of your works.

Lady Beatle 2006-05-13 ch 17,	abuseI loved this story! I read Becoming James Bond and I decided to read this. It kind of took me a while because I was busy this week, but it was so good! I was crying when I read the epilogue.I also was not the biggest fan of Kate, although she is better than Audrey. But now I like her more and I will probably read more j/k fics. I personally love the tony/michelle ones, so I'm probably going to read Escape to Argentina, I think you said it was called? But I like this story so much better than the actual one. Everyone is happy and no one sniff sniff is dead cough 5x1 cough 5x13 Thank you for writing this- you really should write more!

Just finished reading Carnival Town and thought I would drop you a quick note to say how much I enjoyed it... in fact, I've just spent half the day reading it non-stop instead of writing my thesis introduction. I've never been a particular fan of Kate as a character but I am now... you did a wonderful job of creating a three dimensional character that I could really begin to visulise. As for Jack, Tony and Michelle, my favorite 24 characters, you truely did them justice. I've also read your Escape to Argentina triology, which I greatly enjoyed and should have reviewed early. I particularly like the dynamic you have created between them which allows them to be a united couple without Michelle losing that strong independence that makes her the amazing character she is. Given the current sad state of their 24 distiny, your stories have been a great relief. Have you considered an alternative Jack, Tony and Michelle save the day again verison of day 5? I know there are several out there but nothing with the plot and character development evident in your work. Anyway, I am both waffling and procrasting now so I'll just add: thanks for your wonderful stories and please keep writing, Natalie

Season four of 24 has ended here, in Belgium (Europ), not so long ago and I've already read most of the 'romance stories' in this archive, especially TM stories but this one was absolutely the best, I even had to cry while reading the last chapter! (I know, I'm way too emotional :-) Your other stories are fantastic too, so I would say: keep going! I would love to read more of your stuff! Greetz, Jill

Loved her honesty in this: "I feel like I made all of the sacrifices during our last relationship, and believe me, I did it gladly. I did it because I loved you. I’m just not sure I want to do it again. Maybe I’m being selfish. I know I have a baby to think of now, and the baby deserves to have a father. I just don’t want to be sitting at home every night at midnight wondering if you are going to come home or if I’m going to be alone again. At least this way I know I’m going to be home alone. I don’t have any expectations." And I really loved her seeing the situation for what it was and not willing to let Jack's job come between them.
