There is something capitvating about this story. One of my favourite moments was when Rei threw Kai over his shoulder. Not to mention the bite! The imagery is so clear, and the story is easy to follow. The language flows well.

Early in your story the perspective changes from third to first person. That was a little bit confusing. It might be better if it was clearly stated to be Rei's thoughts as he walked, or an entry in his diary or what do I know. Apart from that I must congratulate you on a great story.
I've written a vamp Rei/Kai myself, not so long ago, and now I feel like I have stole the idea.

Tell me dammit!! this story is either stupid or WAY over my head...unfortunatly for me... either way it was a waste of my time... 60 hole seconds that I will never be able to get back... nvm about the time ive spent making the review... Ah o well...
