The beginning of this ficlet was good; the only problem that I have is that I don't think that Snape would commit suicide.

Of course, in light of The Deathly Hallows, we see that he was murdered by Voldemort, but even before the canon ending, I wouldn't have thought that Snape would have committed suicide.

Anyway, thanks for sharing. It's always interesting to read different takes on the HP characters.
