Another interesting chapter. I particularly liked Aragorn´s letter to Arwen and also the conversation between Arwen and Éowyn, who seems to be quite rude to Arwen. I am looking forward to the diversion in the next chapter.

I like to imagine the market in Pelargir, and Zaim's home/wives etc. Very colourful. You've made Lothiriel an interesting character. I still want to slap Eowyn.

I just love all the angst in this story.My heart breaks for poor Faramir.At least Aragorn cares as does Arwen and I've a nasty suspision Faramir is right about the Harad.

I'm feeling a little dense right now. I knew there was something going on in Pelargir...but I sort of forgot about the whole reason Aragorn, Faramir, and troops were hanging out away from home.

Might they be connected? Only our beloved author really knows...

I'm so happy that you are posting again. I like your stories, your style of writing, and the way you can build up the tension. I like also how you can capture (perfectly) the relations between the main characters. So I'm not surprised that this chapter was another great one.

I still want to smack some sense into Eowyn. I just can't feel bad for her right now, seeing what she's doing to Faramir.

And I'm very interested to see what Eomer finds out here... and his reaction if/when he learns that Lothiriel is in the city.

Every chapter continues to be as good as the chapter before. It is a true plasure to read this, and I enjoy it very much.

It is very interestign to see how the various aspects play out.

Another excellent chapter! Interesting to use Aragorn and Arwen to attempt to move the emotional stalemate between Eowyn and Faramir. I can't wait to see how your reconcile them (they have to, right?), and how you connect Eomer and Lothiriel after all these twists and turns. I love your use of names for your own characters. I just discovered your writing a few days ago and have enthusiastically read all of the LoTR fics you have posed here. You do an excellent job of character development and your plots are quite original and are effective at keeping my interest. I anxiously await the continuation and completion of this story. I hope Faramir and Eowyn reconcile soon. Those too should not be at odds with each other.
