I know you wrote this years ago, but I just started HP fanfic and found this. It is just awesome. I loved the whole story. I love how Hermione got to be a marauder. I love how you not only managed to save Sirius, but also to redeem Peter. I especially love how even though I would have been fine with Hermione coming back to her regular time and meeting up with an older Lupin that you actually made it even better by doing it the way you did so that she was closer to his age and they were basically waiting for each other. I also love the extra little tidbit of you brining back Neville's dad at the end.
