This... is rather lame. Second Impact happens and kills off at least half the people on the planet, yet the entire setup is entirely the same? Much less there being this going on in Tokyo-3 where Nerv rules with a iron fist.

I really think that if you were going to do this, you should have a greater change in everybody, not just move everyone and everything to Tokyo-3 with no changes as that is rather unreal. Second impact created a dark, and most probably war torn (for several years at least), period of time. People wouldn't have just moved on like nothing happened...

The latter parts of the fic read more like an outline than an actual fic, mostly due to mixing past and present tense with your verbs.
