heres an idea you can use sometime in the story:

Daggett hears a familar voice as he opens his eyes, he sees a figure standing over him who is wearing a hockey mask. Daggett screams as he leaps off of the bed and takes off running. The figure takes off the mask and it is really...Norbert!

heres one of many: Daggett wakes up in the middle of the night(or something like that) and he noticed that the TV was on with a image of a ring(ah yes, 'The Ring') then there is a phone call
Daggett:hello?
Voice on phone: You will die in 7 days
Daggett: is that a threat?
Voice: uh, no
Daggett: oh(after when Daggett hangs up the phone then he screams)
