I like it. Your story is good, well-written, and not out-of-character. Plus, I just love Elendira but please don't tell me you just called Elendira a "she" in your summary. Please say my eyes are tricking me.
Elendira may dress as a woman but his body is that of a man and that's the only problem I have. I understand how you could call him a she, seeing as that would most likely be how he'd want to be called, but still... there's something about it that just doesn't sound right for me. Of course, that's entirely my own preference.
