I just now got to watch Van Helsing! (late to the party OTL )

And as soon as the credits were rolling I was looking for a fic just like this!

I had squealed to my brother during the middle of the movie that the reason Gabriel lived so long was that he was Wolverine! (my brother looked at me like I was nuts). I the proceeded to watch the rest of the movie expecting adamantium claws and giggling like an idiot imagining them. o3o

*sigh* I was really hoping there would be a sequel to this. Some big revel to the rest of the institute that Carol knew everything about Logan and what not and Magneto being up to no good again, maybe even some vampires, but sadly no. Oh well. *shrugs* Guess I'll just have to use my imagination for that one. :/

I realize I'm incredibly late to the party but I just had to say how much this story rocked. I really love your idea and you executed it wonderfully. Fantastic job )

It was brilliant how you let the two Universes merge to one. The X-Men films and Van Hellsing were the first films with Hugh Jackman I saw and it also struck me then that he played amnesistic characters. You put that in a great new context.

I also enjoyed your slash pairing very much. And I didn't mind at all that there was no sex, because I always get the feeling that most slashs just go for the sex and never for a relationship between them. I liked to see Gabriel/ Logan and Carl work/ fight together.

All in all, I would love if you write a sequel although the story is pretty old.

Very interesting way of combining the two genres. I like how weres are out of the picture due to the cure, and how you handled Wolverine's memories. Extremely inventive... though I did wonder why he only remembered those two lives when you hinted that he had had many more. Good work!

Loved it! I absolutely love logan and then with the added twist of his identity, well it made him even greater. There were some mistakes, but no one is perfect. I certaintly can not claim to be. When Logan had to creep closer to hear peoples conversations, he would not have had to do that, even in the movie verse.

Since you did not go by the comics, I will not say anything about his great skill with swords and guns, he once was a team memember in the best cover-ops team NATO had. But as I said, basically that is comic verse unless in the wolverine movie it is shown.

I just loved this, and I do hope you will continue to write such great stories with both VH and Wolvie.

I hope ther is a sequel. It could be about Gabriel's background or it could be about forgiveness. I think it sad that Scott and Carl are not friend anymore.

Really great plot and story. It's amazing how everything fits together so perfectly. Really nice job on everything. I love both Van Helsing and X-men, and of course Hugh Jackman. He's such a cutie and he portrays both individual characters very well. You should definitely do a sequel, but with more intimate moments. Not necessarily sex scenes, but a little bit more intimate. They're just so cute together. D
