You call her Jessica twice in chapter one.

The premise is completely implausible. Jedi are raised as such from a young age, and are taken as Padawans by the age of thirteen. Unless your main character is two, I don't think the Jedi would train her.

None of the original Star Wars characters are actually IN character.

Also, I've noticed one repeated grammatical error. When one person is speaking directly to another, there is a comma before (and possibly after) the person's name. For example:
"So where were you going Ital?" should be ""So where were you going, Ital?"
"Well Obi-Wan you got a frisky one there don't you?" should be ""Well, Obi-Wan, you got a frisky one there don't you?"

Normally, I don't read "Mary-Sue" or self-insert fanfiction- even for the fun of it. But I can't help it when I see my name.

It's good you're looking for a beta, that will take care of the techical problems you're having in terms of spelling and grammer. You also might want to re-think some aspects of your main character. She's got quite a few Mary Sue qualities.
