Wow I found this beginning of the story very interesting. Especially the idea of Harry being brought up by the Potter family house elves. I think that Harry will have a very interesting and novel childhood and education. He also probably won't hold the same views or prejudicies that most wizards have regarding house elves.

The only other story I've read about house elves bringing Harry up was "Elves' Child" by Healer Pomfrey, which I liked as well.

Great start, great idea but the chapters are a bit short and the story stopped before it truely got any where. I think this story shows a ton of promise, but even if you do have some plans to continue it you will eventualy hit the wall almost all AU's hit when Harry turns eleven and is supposed to go to hogwarts. Almost all fics cave in and have him go there, even if the wizarding world really has almost nothing posative to offer and if not Hogwarts the other schools are generaly harder to write for and take a lot more creativity which often causes those stories to go incompolete as well.

*grins* This is a fascinating idea - I really like how the elves are acting, it's very authentic XD
