Interesting idea, But you have a TON of diollogue in it. Try adding someother stuff, some detail into it. Good story.

I loved the way that the Goddess repeated 'Silver lining'. And I wanna know what they became Gods of! How could you leave us hanging!

Just one tiny point though...not a particularly big problem, but I'm not sure if Alanna and George would be awarded God-lyness [wow! Cool new word!] for what they did. Yes, George made the ultimate sacrifice and Alanna kind of helped out [understating a little!], but I'm not sure whether they'd be awarded that status for that. Perhaps they would be granted permission or whatever to live in the Realms of the Gods, or permission to travel between the Black Gods Realms and the real world, but...anyways, just a very small point!

Nice ending, although I really want to know what they do as gods. It just leaves you hanging *cough cough* evil cliffies! *cough cough*. Write a sequel, would you?
