I thought I reviewed this a long time ago, but I guess I didn't. As always, a good story, and I like your logic; I think it makes a lot of sense. Contrary to what some people believe, there are people who do like Launchpad and I'm one of them; if you look at my profile, I used to fantasize that he was my father! Why would I do that if I didn't like him? I think the ducks being out of character adds to the story because it adds depth to the characters.

A very interesting story. I believe that Lanchpad has a brain, though sometimes it isn't shown to be used (* I know a bunch of people who have brains but don't use them very often), I think your story shows the better side of him. Mr. McDuck may have been a little out of character (the stealing, and trust me I'm know how McDee acts), but it's possible...
